83RD DISTRICT COURT

Judge Daniel Sutton

Two Houghton Lake men waived preliminary examination in 83rd District Court, Roscommon, this week and were bound over to 34th Circuit Court, where they entered pleas before Judge Daniel L. Sutton, sitting by assignment as Circuit Court judge, to charges filed against them:

Charles P. Carnahan, 29, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, third offense. The Roscommon County Sheriff's Department made the July 20 arrest. Bond was set at $10,000.

Charles G. Washington, 50, pleaded no contest to resisting and obstructing police. The sheriff's department made the arrest; the date of offense was July 20. Bond was set at $5,000.

They will be sentenced in Circuit Court.

The following demanded preliminary examination within 14 days on charges filed against them:

Devyn D. Blanchard, 19, Prudenville, resisting and obstructing police. The sheriff's department made the July 31 arrest. Bond was set at $2,000.

Raymond M. Millard, 54, Roscommon, delivery/manufacture of marijuana and possession of dihydrocodeinone. Strike Team Investigative Narcotics Group officers made the May 29 arrest. Bond was set at $2,500.

Debra E. Krug, 40, Houghton Lake, second degree home invasion. State Police, Houghton Lake, made the July 3 arrest. Bond was set at $5,000.

Mary J. Detmer, 28, Houghton Lake, possession of less than 25 grams of cocaine. The sheriff's department made the arrest; date of offense was June 6. Bond was set at $2,500.

Jacklyn E. Edwards, 18, St. Helen, possession of less than 25 grams of methadone. The sheriff's department made the arrest; date of offense was Sept. 19, 2006. Bond was set at $2,000.

Jonathon G. Osim, 23, Roscommon, possession of marijuana, second offense. Gerrish Township police made the arrest; date of offense was July 20. Bond was set at $250.

Sarah J. Baker, 54, Houghton Lake, delivery/manufacture of marijuana and delivery/manufacture or less than 50 grams of cocaine. STING officers made the arrest; dates of offense were May 7 and July 31. Total bond was set at $35,000.

Joseph R. Baker, 53, Houghton Lake, delivery/manufacture of marijuana and delivery/manufacture of less than 50 grams of morphine. STING officers made the arrest; dates of offense were May 7 and July 31. Total bond was set at $27,500.

Michael J. McDaniels, 47, Roscommon, delivery/manufacture of clarazepam, delivery/manufacture of methadone, delivery/manufacture of methylphenidate and delivery/manufacture of dihydrocodeinone. STING officers made the arrest; dates of offense were April 9 and 23. Bond was set at $10,000.

Alice R. McDaniels, 45, Roscommon, delivery/manufacture of methylphenidate and delivery/manufacture of dihydrocodeinone. STING officers made the arrest; date of offense was April 9. Bond was set at $2,500.

Bound over after a preliminary examination on a first degree home invasion charge was Dennis G. Mullenix, 49, Houghton Lake. The sheriff's department made the July 18 arrest. Bond was set at $50,000.
