I am taking this opportunity to acknowledge the major gains that have been accomplished under the guidance of [Houghton Lake Community Schools Superintendent] Pete Injasoulian.

Major pending agreements and issues are now amicably concluded. Now we have time to focus on other issues.

Reflecting on our progress to date, we are in a position to unify our faculty and staff. We are moving forward, combining all our energy and talents for the benefit of our students.
