Judge Daniel Sutton

Judge Daniel L. Sutton heard these cases in 83rd District Court, Roscommon, Dec. 21:

Kenneth L. Case, 56, Prudenville, demanded preliminary examination on three counts of second degree criminal sexual conduct, two counts of first degree CSC, one count of third degree CSC and two counts of fourth degree CSC. State Police accuse Case of June 1, 2001, crimes. Sutton set bond at $250,000.

Jarard M. Davis, 26, Houghton Lake, demanded preliminary examination on a charge of interfering with electronic communication. The Roscommon County Sheriff's Department charges Davis with a Dec. 20, 2007, offense. Bond was set at $10,000.

Ronald M. Dixon, 37, Houghton Lake, demanded preliminary examination on charges of resisting and obstructing police and possesion of marijuana, second offense. The sheriff's department accuses him of Dec. 21, 2007, crimes.

Richard A. Womack, 39, Rochester Hills, was bound over to 34th Circuit Court after a preliminary examination on charges of domestic violence, third offense, and telephone tapping. His bond is $5,000.

Phillip T. Grice Jr., no age available, Roscommon, demanded preliminary examination on a charge of possession of less than 25 grams of a controlled substance. Sutton set bond at $5,000.

Daniel E. Sharkey, 35, St. Charles, was fined $300 after he pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license.
