      Judge Daniel L. Sutton recently arraigned the following in 83rd District Court, Roscommon: Jeremy D. Shepard, 22, Michigan Department of Corrections, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to 34th Circuit Court where he pleaded guilty to filing a false report of a felony. A charge of obstruction of justice was dismissed.
