      Judge Daniel L. Sutton recently arraigned the following in 83rd District Court, Roscommon: Mark L. Gross, 35, Prudenville, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to 34th Circuit Court on two counts of maintaining a drug house and one count of delivery/manufacture of marijuana. Strike Team Investigative Narcotics Group officers made the May 12 arrest.

Schroeder, 19, Thompsonville, was granted a motion to reduce attorney fees to $100 and granted a motion for a waiver of 20% of late fees in connection with a prison sentence for third degree criminal sexual conduct.
