According to police, Tyler Tworek was riding on the Geels South ORV trail at around four in the afternoon when his feet left the foot pegs as he became airborne on a jump and fell back on the pegs hard upon landing, causing injury to both of his feet.

Tworek was taken to Mercy Hospital in Grayling where he was treated and released.

A breaking and entering of the garage at a home on East Houghton Lake Drive was reported Aug. 16 by the homeowner.
