HABITAT HEROES
     Two area contractors have recently volunteered their time to help Roscommon County Habitat for Humanity complete its 43rd home, located on Tower Hill Road, Houghton Lake. Bob Brotebeck, Gary Travis and Stan Wallington (pictured above), all of Brotebeck Builders, hung the trusses and sheeted the roof on the house while Prompt Roofing Service's Bill "Bear" Treska and John Valentine (pictured at right) donated their labor to roof the home.
