Judge Michael Baumgartner
      Judge Michael Baumgartner heard these cases in 34th Circuit Court, Roscommon, Sept. 23: Kimberly A. Fisher, 52, stood mute to a charge of possession of less than 25 grams of cocaine, and a pretrial was set. Joseph E. Gibson, 56, Buchanan, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, third offense and will be sentenced later.

83RD DISTRICT COURT
Judge Daniel Sutton
      Judge Daniel L. Sutton recently arraigned the following in 83rd District Court, Roscommon: Phillip T. Grice Jr., 21, Roscommon, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to 34th Circuit Court where he pleaded guilty to four counts of forgery and two counts of uttering and publishing. The Roscommon County Sheriff's Department made the arrest.

Vehicle used as weapon, police say
      A case involving a 19-year-old Merritt woman who allegedly used a vehicle as a weapon against a 23-year-old Prudenville man is under review by the Roscommon County Prosecutor after being investigated by State Police at Houghton Lake.
