Man arrested after breaking bar window

A Rochester Hills man was arrested after he allegedly punched out a window at the Tin Fish Cafe & Pub in Roscommon Dec. 19.

A bar tender told Roscommon County Sheriff's deputies she refused to continue serving drinks to the 42-year-old man after he began arguing with other customers. The man left the bar, but before driving off, he broke a window with his fist. Deputies headed in the direction of the man's Crawford County cabin and caught up with him as he pulled into a driveway. When the suspect got out of his vehicle, deputies saw that his hands were bleeding. The man, who appeared intoxicated, offered to go back to the Tin Fish and pay for the window.

Deputies arrested him for malicious destruction of property and driving while intoxicated.
