Boy Scouts from Troop 944, Roscommon, carry the Michigan and United States flags during the recessional of the third annual Project Blue Light program presented by the Gerrish Township Police Department at Immanuel Baptist Church Dec. 18. The troop also led law enforcement, fire and ambulance personnel into the sanctuary at the beginning of the program.
