Ashley Helton and Kory Hartman Randy and Kelly Hartman of Roscommon announce the engagement of their son, Kory Jay Hartman, to Ashley Loren Helton, daughter of Larry and Delanie Helton of Ypsilanti.

The groom-elect is a 2001 graduate of Roscommon High School and a 2005 graduate of Northwood University, majoring in business management. He is working as an auto insurance adjuster for Farmers Insurance.

The bride-to-be is a 2001 graduate of Milan High School and a 2004 graduate of Eastern Michigan University, majoring in business management. She is working as a tax accountant for United Road Services.

The couple plans to wed May 29, 2009, and will live at their home in Ypsilanti.
