83rd District Court
      Judge Daniel L. Sutton recently arraigned the following in 83rd District Court, Roscommon: Carol S. Lownsberry, 26, Boyne City, waived preliminary examination on one count of larceny in a building and one count of possession of analogues and was bound over to Circuit Court. She pleaded guilty to the larceny charge; dismissed was the possession charge.

34th Circuit Court
      Judge Michael Baumgartner heard these cases in 34th Circuit Court, Roscommon, June 30: Steven R. Eddy, 34, Prudenville, pleaded guilty to probation violation and will be sentenced later. Kurt R. Mason, 24, Prudenville, stood mute to a probation violation charge, and the case is to be scheduled with pending charges being brought from District Court.
