Bucks win by 20 strokes, card best round against Gladwin

Roscommon improved to 3-0 in the Jack Pine Conference with a 20-stroke win over Gladwin May 4 at Burning Oak Country Club.

Coach Mike Glover reported that his Bucks shot their lowest combined round of the season, a 160. Gladwin carded a 180 as a team.

A.J. Gojcaj was the medalist with a 39 while his brother, Alex, also shot a 39 but finished second as a handicap hole decision awarded the top spot to A.J. Austin Mercer shot a 40 followed by Zack Willis with a 42.

The Bucks traveled to Charlevoix Wednesday for the Jim Glynn Invitational and then make the short trip to Houghton Lake today (Thursday) to face the Bobcats at White Deer Country Club.
