The Roscommon Area District Library Board will conduct a public hearing on its 2010-11 budget Sept. 24.

The hearing will be held at 9:15 a.m. at the library at 241 East Federal Highway, Roscommon. The board’s regular meeting will follow at 9:30 a.m.
