Owes success to Nokomis Center

I was a resident at the Nokomis Challenge Center of Houghton Lake in 2004-05. I heard what happend to the facility that had taught me so much and I briefly wanted to thank all of the staff members in the facility, especially Joe Bagby and Sue Kramer. I was 16 years old when I was at Nokomis, and with the help of Nokomis, Joe Bagby, Sue Kramer and Pat Sussex, I am now 21 years old with a career that takes me all over the world.

I am married to the girl who was writing me letters when I was at Nokomis. We have a beautiful 20-month-old son named Justin. I used to be the kid who always was into trouble; now I am a successful adult with a great life and a bright future. I owe all of it to Nokomis Challenge Center.

Thank you so much. I will always remember you guys.
