FUTURE KINDERGARTNER

Elizabeth Ruby got her first taste of Tammy Chmielewski’s music class as she participated in the reading of “The Three Little Fish and the Big Bad Shark” during the Celebrate RES! Family Fun Night. Chmielewski read the book and had students play instruments as sound effects. Ruby will be an RES kindergartner next year. In addition to several activities, families were treated to a dinner featuring hot dogs, whole grain snacks, fresh fruit and beverages. RES Principal Mort Meier said the night was held to show families all that RES has to offer including technology, the facility, the food service program and student work. “It’s the idea of promoting the school, we do a lot of great things,” Meier said.
