Judge Michael J. Baumgartner presided in 34th Circuit Court, Roscommon, July 9:

No. 11-72-949, Frank T. Demaree vs. A&K Enterprises, Inc., et al, defendant’s motion to compel was granted and plaintiffs are to furnish defendants with answers to interrogatories within 14 days of order; No. 11-72-9486, Jason W. Fischer vs. Sheriff Randall Stevenson, Lt. Steve LeMire and Roscommon Count Jail, defendants’ motion for summary disposition was granted and the judge subsequently signed the order granting summary disposition, closing the case; No. 11-72-9394, Byron G. Jacobus and Jean D. Jacobus vs. Michael J. Green and Lisa E. Green, attorneys met with the judge in chambers and the next hearing was set for Sept. 13; No. 12-72- 9696, Michael A. Mercurio vs. Ann Marie Mercurio, divorce judgment submitted and signed; No. 12-72-9782, Candy Weller-Langley vs. Edward S. Langley Sr., divorce judgment submitted and signed; No. 11-72-9479, Dean C. Duhame and Patricia Duhame vs. Clayton E. Irish and Mary M. Irish, parties are ready and the plaintiff subsequently filed a motion for summary disposition; and No. 12-72-9701, Stanley D. Christler vs. Russell A. Jaynes, parties are ready and a final pretrial hearing is to be set.

Devin E. Ritchie, 19, Houghton Lake, pleaded guilty to probation violation and was sentenced to 90 days in jail (credit for 30 days), his Holmes Youthful Trainee Act status was revoked and he was to be discharged from probation without improvement.

No. 12-72-9902, Thomas Kelley vs. Michigan Department of Natural Resources, defendant’s motion for change of venue regarding violation of due process and violation of Elliott Larsen Civil Rights Act.
