82nd District Court

Judge Daniel L. Sutton recently arraigned the following in 82nd District Court:

Timothy M. Shudark, 25, Houghton Lake, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court where he pleaded guilty to two counts of resisting and obstructing police. A charge of possession of marijuana, second offense, was dismissed. State Police, Houghton Lake, made the arrest. The date of offense was Nov. 2. Bond was set at $3,000. Shudark will be sentenced in Circuit Court.

Cody J. Arwood, 19, Grand Blanc, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court where he pleaded guilty to a charge of breaking and entering. A charge of larceny of weapons/firearms was dismissed. Denton Township Police made the arrest. The date of offense was Aug. 17-19. Bond was set at $100. Arwood will be sentenced in Circuit Court.

Kelly K. Fowler, 36, Owosso, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court where Fowler pleaded guilty to identity theft. A charge of obtaining/possessing personal identity information with the intent to commit identity theft was dismissed. Gerrish Township Police made the arrest. The date of offense was May 30. Bond was set at $10,000. Fowler will be sentenced in Circuit Court.

Robert J. Englehardt, 25, St. Helen, demanded preliminary examination within 14 days on a charge of possession of marijuana, second offense. Richfield Township Police made the arrest. The date of offense was Oct. 30. Bond was set at $500.

Lloyd W. Miles Jr., 47, West Branch, demanded preliminary examination within 14 days on a charge of possession of marijuana, second offense. State Police, Houghton Lake, made the arrest. The date of offense was Oct. 30. Bond was set at $500.

James K. Ripley, 36, Flint, demanded preliminary examination within 14 days on a charge of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, second offense, as well as a habitual offender charge. The Homeland Security Team made the arrest. The date of offense was Oct. 16. Bond was set at $5,000.

Kimberly L. Vaughn-Hart, 34, West Branch, demanded preliminary examination within 14 days on a charge of forgery of license documents or plate. State Police made the arrest. The date of offense was Oct. 20. Bond was set at $500.

Jessica E. Ziebell, 27, Roscommon, demanded preliminary examination within 14 days on a charge of possession of less than 25 grams of a controlled substance. Gerrish Township Police made the arrest. The date of offense was July 17. Bond was set at $2,500.

Kenneth A. Ziebell II, 28, Roscommon, demanded preliminary examination within 14 days on a charge of possession of less than 25 grams of a controlled substance. Gerrish Township Police made the arrest. The date of offense was July 17. Bond was set at $5,000.

Keith J. Cunningham, 46, Grayling, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court where he pleaded guilty to one count of failure to comply with sex offender registry act. Dismissed were charges of aggravated stalking and two other counts of failure to comply. State Police, Houghton Lake, made the arrest. The date of offense was Aug. 31 through Oct. 11. Bond was set at $5,000. Cunningham will be sentenced in Circuit Court.

Aaron N. Moon, 28, Bay City, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court where he pleaded guilty to impaired driving, third offense (amended from driving while intoxicated, third offense). State Police, Houghton Lake, made the arrest. The date of offense was Oct. 24. Bond was set at $5,000. Moon will be sentenced in Circuit Court.

Scott M. Campbell, 42, Midland, demanded preliminary examination within 14 days on a charge of delivery/ manufacture of marijuana. State Police, Houghton Lake, made the arrest. The date of offense was Dec. 8, 2011. Bond was set at $5,000.

Sean S. Allan, 37, St. Helen, demanded preliminary examination within 14 days on one count of larceny in a building and two counts of stealing or retaining without consent a financial transaction device. Richfield Township Police made the arrest. The date of offense was Oct. 26. Bond was set at $200.

Christopher D. Baker, 32, Prudenville, demanded preliminary examination within 14 days on a charge of delivery/ manufacture of less than 50 grams of a controlled substance. Strike Team Investigative Narcotics Group officers made the arrest. The date of offense was June 27. Bond was set at $25,000.

Nicolas T. Bratcher, 25, Gladwin, demanded preliminary examination within 14 days on a charge of resisting and obstructing police. The sheriff’s office made the arrest. The date of offense was Nov. 19. Bond was set at 5,000.

Dane R. Courtney, 23, Prudenville, demanded preliminary examination within 14 days on three counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of forgery of license documents/ plates. The sheriff’s office made the arrest. The dates of offense were Aug. 25, Oct. 19 and Nov. 19. Bond was set at $100,000.
