Land of the free, thanks to those who served

With Memorial Day weekend coming up, I believe it would be good to remember a fact of history with the U.S. military.

In World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan, whole platoons of soldiers going into combat prayed the 91st Psalm every day and came out of the war without a single casualty. Casualty meaning killed, wounded or captured. If you know of anyone in the military, you would do well to remind them of this fact.

And you might want to pray the 91st Psalm over yourself and your family on a regular basis. This will not only activate God’s angels to protect you, it will boost your faith for protection.

(Now, now. This is still a free country and we are allowed to speak up.)

Enjoy the weekend in the land of the free, thanks to those who served to keep us free, and to those who are in our Armed Forces keeping this country free and safe.

Do you think the Lions current record of 2-0 is a good sign for the remainder of the season?
