82nd District Court

The following were recently ar­raigned in 82nd District Court:

Chase S. Shank, 17, Houghton Lake, demanded preliminary exami­nation within 21 days on a charge of larceny in a building. The Roscom­mon County Sheriff’s Office made the arrest. The date of offense was Sept. 17. Bond was set at $5,000.

Robert J. Huiskens, 52, Alger, demanded preliminary examination within 21 days on a charge of pos­session of marijuana. Hometown Security Team officers made the ar­rest. The date of offense was Oct. 11. Bond was set at $500.

The following pleaded guilty to charges filed against them and were sentenced:

Robert W. Brauer, 74, White Lake, impaired driving: 31 days in jail (credit for two days), with 29 days held in abeyance, $1,390 in fines, costs or restitution, six months probation and the conviction was re­ported to the Secretary of State.

Roxanne L. Lockrey, 29, War­ren, impaired driving: 31 days in jail (credit for one day), with 30 days held in abeyance, $1,390 in fines, costs or restitution, six months pro­bation and the conviction was re­ported to the Secretary of State.

Daniel A. Trevino, 20, Lansing, impaired driving: 30 days in jail (credit for one day), with 29 days held in abeyance, $1,465 in fines, costs or restitution, six months pro­bation and the conviction was re­ported to the Secretary of State.

Michael C. Carlington, 33, St. Helen, driving with a suspended or revoked license, first offense: 10 days in jail (to be served immediate­ly), $525 in fines, costs or restitution and the conviction was reported to the Secretary of State. The court had no objection to weekends or work release.

Janie J.L. Brewer, 54, St. Helen, use of marijuana: $475 in fines, costs or restitution and 30 days license suspension.

Robert J. Cottrell, 28, Pascagou­la, MS, use of marijuana: $475 in fines, costs or restitution and 30 days license suspension.

Kenneth W. Frederick, 54, Houghton Lake, domestic vio­lence, second offense: 365 days in jail (credit for one day), with three days to be served immediately and 361 days held in abeyance, $1,085 in fines, costs or restitution and 12 months probation.

Jonathon P. Silvers, 35, Hough­ton Lake, stalking: 365 days in jail (credit for 91 days), to be served concurrently with another sentence.

Roxanne L. Lockrey, 29, War­ren, malicious destruction of prop­erty less than $200: $443.97 in fines, costs or restitution.
