Make sure ‘your house is in order’

Billy Graham had a worldwide mission for Christ. Now Franklin Graham will be preaching in Hanoi, Vietnam, the 8th, 9th and 10th of this month, proclaiming the same good news (gospel) that Christ offers salvation to all, if they will accept His sacrifice and repent of their sin. Franklin also heads Samaritan’s Purse, which aids victims of natural disaster, assists wounded veterans and distributes a multitude of Christmas boxes to poor children worldwide.

My wife, Darlene, and I were able to hear Franklin in Lansing last fall. He had traveled to every state capital to urge people to pray for our nation and to vote. These are perilous times and only God, who created us, can solve the mess we have made. His word tells us that a new world will be the reward for those who truly love God and His Jewish son, Jeshua, who we call Jesus.

Only the God of Israel, His chosen people, know the hearts of mankind, and there will finally be real justice. One will have to agree that the world is in a mess, and our morality has become disgraceful. This is all because we have defied the commandments, which were given for man’s health and happiness. Our God is a just God, and each of us will be held accountable for his own actions. Christ said, “Do not fear those who can kill the body, but fear those who can send your soul to Hell.” He also said, “I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6).

Don’t allow the cares and pleasures of this life to rob you of eternal life in a place that Christ is preparing for the faithful. I believe that all signs are pointing to His return in this generation. Make sure that “your house is in order” and the Bible will tell you how that can be done. I wish you a happy forever!
