Steve Pittman of Houghton Lake holds the “Traveling Toilet” which is making its rounds through the Houghton Lake area. With the theme, “Let’s Flush Out Cancer,” the toilet features pink and purple paint and a bowl full of flowers. It is intended as a Relay for Life fundraiser for the Sandy’s Fight for Life team and the Deer Run Scooter Brigade team. The following fees apply: $10 to have it removed from your yard, $5 to have it moved to someone else’s yard and $5 to keep it from being placed in your yard. Call 202-2384 for information.
