Scow quits RHS to lead Byron



Roscommon High School Principal Daniel L. Scow has resigned to become superintendent of a Shiawassee County school district. Scow, prinicpal at RHS since 1995, has accepted the superintendency of Byron Area Schools, a district of 1,340 students. Lyon sewer bids below estimate



Contracts were awarded Aug. 9 by the Higgins Lake Utility Authority for construction of a sewer system for some 400 homes in Camp Curnalia, commonly known as the American Legion Grounds.
